Guests....

Mom had guests earlier today.  Her brother and sister-in-law - "Uncle Bill" and "Aunt Pat" came to visit from Louisiana.  They brought along their puppy, named Peanut, but I didn't get to see him.  He's 9 weeks old from what Mom said.  She took some pictures of him and them, but hasn't uploaded the pictures yet, so I haven't seen them.  

Mom went and had a late lunch with Uncle Bill and Aunt Pat.  No Peanut and I didn't get to go.  Mom said that they left Peanut in their car with the window cracked.  Don't freak - it's certainly not hot outside - in the 60's Mom estimates - so it wasn't too hot for the little guy. 

Mom got her new [to her] computer from Uncle Bill and they got it hooked up.  After they went to lunch and Uncle Bill and Aunt Pat left, Mom called the support people for assistance in getting her Internet connection brought up on this computer.  She discovered she needed a new mouse [she wouldn't let me eat or attack it] so she had to leave again.  Uncle Bill and Aunt Pat were at Big Lots - Mom called to let them know she had the Internet working and when she found out they were there, she asked Uncle Bill if he would look and see if they had computer mouses.  He found one like what she needed and said it was $4.00, so she left again and went over and met them.  Uncle Bill had put the mouse in his buggy as it was the only one they had like she needed; when she showed up, he took it out and gave it to her.  

While at Big Lots, Mom also purchased a new Bluetooth for her cell phone.  She said that apparently the old one has bit the dust.  She returned home and changed out the mouse and then took out some garbage and put the old computer elsewhere in the house.  She's got the new Bluetooth on the charger.

Not much else is going on around here - Christmas is approaching fast.  Mom says there's a gift for me under the tree.
