The Latest With Us....

Mom and I have been doing well, we've just been busy lately.  Here's a picture Mom took of me recently.  She has more pictures of me on her camera that she hasn't uploaded yet.  A friend of hers from work brought her a Christmas present - it's a photo frame.  She said that she will put a picture of me in it - she'll use one of the pictures of me she still has on her camera to go in it.  

Last night I shed another claw and it disturbed Mom - she had to check and make sure I wasn't missing one altogether.  She has finally learned, though, that when I'm scratching, I know I've got a claw that needs to come off as another is ready to grow out in its place and I'm trying to "encourage" the old claw to go away so the new one can come on out.

Also, last night Mom and our housemate were having supper and they had let Rusty Boy in the house with them.  When they came out of the kitchen, our housemate found him curled up in her favorite chair.  She fussed at Rusty Boy and gave him some doggie food and sent him back outside on the patio.  

She doesn't understand why the doggie has taken to doing that and neither does Mom.  She wanted to get a picture of him in the chair, but our housemate said she didn't want to encourage that behavior!  

We're looking forward to Christmas.  Mom has gotten her Christmas presents wrapped - she did it earlier this week and she has moved them where I can't get to them.  She says she's afraid I might tear into to them.  Heck, I only want to check them out!
